Join us as we take a trip through Italy! Each week, we’ll celebrate the authentic local flavours of four spectacular regions, exploring the heart of Italy to its southern shores, guided by Chef Omar Elsayed.
A passionate chef from Italy, Omar brings his love for food and culture into every dish. His travels through Lazio, Puglia, Sardinia, and Sicily have led him to discover rich flavours and traditions, from bustling markets to home-cooked meals. Inspired by these experiences, Omar has crafted a menu that captures the essence of each region, inviting you to experience the authentic tastes and stories of Italy.
